Clients may also receive medication assisted treatment (MAT) at this facility. Our IOP groups meet 3 times per week for 3 hours each session. We offer both day and evening sessions and usually have 8-12 people in each group. In these sessions, our counselors use highly effective evidence-based treatment methods including DBT, CBT, Experiential, 12 steps, and life skills. Patients in IOP will also meet with their therapist for 1 hour each week. The length of IOP treatment varies but the average time is 12 weeks.
